David Fall
MSN, FNP-C
Born and raised in Modesto, I started my medical career right out of high school, becoming a unit clerk at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. I then cross-training as a telemetry monitor tech and served in these roles while attending CSU Stanislaus’ nursing program. After earning my nursing degree and working as a medical surgical telemetry nurse for four years, I decided to go back to school and became a certified Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner. I hold an active physician assistant license but have mostly served in the NP role throughout my career.
I joined Care more Health plan in 2010, and worked there for 13 years as a chronic disease nurse practitioner. I am excited to be a part of the BASS medical group where I look forward to continuing in a patient care role. I strive for excellence in all that I do and enjoy the relationships that develop with my patients. In my free time, I enjoy all things family time- whether that’s working together in the yard, making applesauce or salsa, reading a book together, or playing games. My wife and children are a blessing to me.
